Better You Bootcamp combines functional fitness elements into a structured strength training schedule for beginners. Classes include a mix of strength training, cardio bursts, and endurance exercises. Each session is designed to work your whole body, targeting multiple muscle groups.

Better You Bootcamp costs $49 per month in addition to your YMCA membership. This fee covers all bootcamp classes offered throughout the month.

Yes, you can take advantage of child watch during Better You Bootcamp classes, making it easier to focus on your workout while knowing your children are in good hands.

Classes are offered multiple times throughout the week:

  • Monday: 5:30 AM & 9:30 AM
  • Tuesday: 5:30 PM
  • Wednesday: 5:30 AM & 9:30 AM
  • Thursday: 5:30 PM
  • Pop-Up Classes, Friday: 5:30 AM & 9:30 AM (Alternating every other Friday of the month).
  • Saturday: 9:30 AM
