Classes are offered multiple times throughout the week:
- Monday: 5:30 AM & 9:30 AM
- Tuesday: 5:30 PM

- Thursday: 5:30 PM
- Pop-Up Classes, Friday: 5:30 AM & 9:30 AM (Alternating every other Friday of the month).
