Your YMCA has been named the best Yoga Studio by Living in Lynchburg Magazine! Group fitness classes are included in your comprehensive membership. Body Pump, Yoga, Dance Fitness, Water Fitness and more. With hundreds of classes a month, you'll find one that's right for you.

We'll provide fun and engaging activities for your kids in Child Watch and interactive Kidz Gym while you are at the Y. All three of our family centers have child watch, and you can find Kiz Gym at the Jamerson Family Y.
