YMCA Membership System Update
October 14th, 2024 Update:
Our membership and program registration software has been updated. If you joined the YMCA of Central Virginia between September 20th, 2024 - October 8th, 2024 please contact a YMCA team member at the Welcome Center to ensure your information is updated.
We’re excited to announce that we are launching a new and improved membership and program registration software to enhance your YMCA experience!
Important Dates:
- Maintenance Period: Friday, September 20th - Monday, October 7th, 2024
What You Need to Know:
- Full Access to Facilities & Programs
- During the transition period, you will still have access to all YMCA facilities, programs, classes, and events. No action is required from you to continue using these services.
- Account Changes During Maintenance
- If you attempt to update your member account (e.g., name, program registration, billing information), there’s a chance your updates may not be saved during the system upgrade. Our YMCA staff will monitor this, and if any changes are missed, we will personally reach out over the phone to update your information.
- Password Reset Required
- Starting October 4th, you’ll be prompted to reset your password the first time you log in to your member account. This is a standard security step, and all members will need to create a new password.
- Special Information for 24/7 Access Members:
- Due to a system reset, 24/7 access at Old Forest Road will be impacted:
- October 2nd, 8:00 PM - October 3rd, 5:30 AM: Access will be unavailable.
- October 3rd, 8:00 PM - October 4th, 5:30 AM: Access will be unavailable.
- October 4th, 6:30 PM: Full access restored.
