Welcome to Strength Unleashed, where we focus on building strength and improving cardiovascular endurance. Our certified personal trainers work one-on-one with members during each 60-minute class, utilizing a 4-week progression schedule to optimize movement learning and strength improvement.

With a focus on specific body parts each day, our training builds strength, muscle, and cardiovascular endurance. Powered by the Myzone Instruct App, our program includes quarterly challenges and uses the latest fitness technology to track progress and maximize results.

FAQ 

Is there an age limit for Strength Unleashed?

Yes, 13 yrs & up. 13-year-olds may participate after doing a 1-hour session with a coach ($35) and must have a parent in class at the same time as them. 14 years and older can come on their own.

How do I sign up for classes?

All classes are listed on the Myzone app. Because class space is limited, signs up are required. Please meet with a coach to gain access to the facility code to see the full schedule.

What's the class format like?

Classes will follow a 4-week progression for lifting, all led by our trained coaches. Each day utilizes 2 different body parts and different focus to maximize muscle engagement and recovery. We provide the equipment and the work out so you won't have anything to worry about outside of crushing your goals!

What makes Strength Unleashed different compared to other programs?

What makes Strength Unleashed unique is all of our coaches are certified personal trainers and work one on one with members during class. We offer 2 different class types to improve strength and cardiovascular endurance. Lastly, we use a 4-week periodization schedule for our training that optimizes learning the movements and improving strength with each movement.
