SPORTS PERFORMANCE TRAINING
Our Sports Performance program at the Jamerson Family YMCA is a coach led program, coached by Sarah Kline. Sarah holds the certified and conditioning specialist, (CSCS) through NSCA, along with FMS-1, and Art of Breath.
Sport specific training is programmed to focus on conditioning the body and mind to excel through the unique demands of power, speed, agility, balance, and recovery required by each sports while minimizing injury.
AGES: 13 - 19 years old

- FMS testing with individualized mobility plan
- Vertical, sprint and agility testing
- InBody assessment and Nutrition Education
- Injury prevention exercises
- Coach support
YMCA of Central Virginia Membership Required:
- Youth Membership (ages 13-17) - $30/month
- Young Adult Membership (ages 18-25) - $38/month
