Functional Fitness

Your body was made to move! Functional movements mimic real-life scenarios. Regardless of your current fitness ability and understanding, you can expect to learn something new and have a challenging yet short and efficient workout that is appropriate for all fitness levels. Gain confidence in yourself as you navigate circuits including battle ropes, TRX, and weights to reach limits you never thought imaginable.


Les Mills BODYPUMP™

Great bodies aren't born, they are transformed, using the proven BODYPUMP™ formula: THE REP EFFECT™ a breakthrough in resistance workout training. Focusing on low weight loads and high repetition movements, you'll burn fat, gain strength, and quickly produce lean body muscle conditioning.


Muscle

A resistance training workout utilizing weights, tubing, and body bars.  A great metabolism booster.  Build the muscle to burn the fat!


SHRED

Consist of stations, high- intensity, resistance, and endurance. This class is challenging enough for advanced weight lifters but also simple enough for beginners.


Les Mills CORE

Based on athletic training principles, this core training workout is designed to make you stronger, improve balance, assist injury prevention, and become better at everything you do. It hones in on the torso and sling muscles that connect your upper body to your lower body. All the moves have options, so it's challenging but achievable whatever your level of fitness. Your instructor will guide you through correct technique and body awareness as you work with resistance tubes and weight plates, as well as bodyweight exercises.
