At CrossFit Forged Iron, we offer expert-led, high-intensity functional training for all fitness levels at the Jamerson Family YMCA. Our CrossFit workout program focuses on strength, endurance, and overall fitness through constantly varied movements. Whether you’re new to CrossFit or experienced, our passionate trainers and welcoming community will support you every step of the way. Our CrossFit program helps build confidence and proper form, while our coach-led classes make it easy to find a routine that fits your goals and lifestyle.
CROSSFIT FORGED IRON Frequently Asked Questions
CrossFit is a high-intensity fitness class that combines elements from weightlifting, gymnastics, and high-intensity interval training (HIIT) to develop strength, endurance, and overall fitness. Each workout incorporates a wide range of exercises using functional movements that mimic real-life activities.
CrossFit offers a range of physical and mental benefits! CrossFit builds muscle strength while also improving cardiovascular health. Participants may see improved mood and stress relief. Our program also offers a strong sense of community for those seeking accountability and motivation.
YMCA members will have access to CrossFit Forged Iron for $64 per month for individuals. Couples pay $108/month, and the family rate is $108 + $54 for each additional family member. Non-members can contact us for pricing, and drop-ins are welcome at $15/class.

We offer classes Monday through Saturday at various times:
- Monday – Friday: 5:30 AM, 9:30 AM, 5:30 PM
- Monday – Thursday: 4:30 PM
- Saturday: 10 AM

Pool WOD is a unique workout in the water, designed to enhance athletic performance and recovery. It includes warmups, technique work, Metcon, and a cool down for optimal results.
ROM WOD stands for Range of Motion Workout of the Day, focused on increasing flexibility, optimizing performance, and promoting recovery.
