YMCA of Central Virginia is very good. I appreciate having multiple locations to choose from. I use the Y Express most often it's close by, but I wish they offered childcare. I have been especially impressed with their yoga classes (Maranda is awesome) & barre fusion classes (Amanda White is awesome too). It's reasonably priced & helpful in meeting your fitness goals.
