For YMCA members, the program costs $49 per month. Non-members can call or email for more information regarding pricing.

Strength Unleashed offers 60-minute classes throughout the week: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday: Conditioning; Tuesday, Friday: Strength; Saturday: Full Body

Yes, class space is limited, and sign-ups are required. You can view and register for classes through the Myzone app after meeting with a coach to gain access to the schedule.

Yes, participants must be 13 years or older. For 13-year-olds, a one-hour session with a coach ($35) is required, and a parent must attend the class with them. Those 14 and older can attend on their own.

Simply fill out the interest form linked above, and our head coach will contact you to schedule your first free class. You’ll also receive a tour and an introduction to the program.

Metabolic conditioning is a type of workout that exerts your cardiovascular system (getting you out of breath) while also getting your heart rate up. It builds muscle and increases your overall level of fitness.
