Strength Unleashed is a focused training program created to help participants build strength, increase cardiovascular endurance, and gain confidence in their overall fitness. Each session is led by certified personal trainers who guide you through structured, intentional workouts that follow a clear four-week progression plan. This plan is designed to challenge different muscle groups in a purposeful sequence so your body continues to grow stronger each week.
Classes are sixty minutes and include personalized coaching, form correction when needed, and modifications that meet you at your experience level. The program uses advanced fitness technology to track performance and encourage steady improvement. Every workout takes place at the upbeat and encouraging unleashed strength gym where participants support one another, push toward their goals, and celebrate progress together.

Strength Unleashed offers 60-minute classes throughout the week:
Monday, Wednesday, Thursday: Conditioning
Tuesday, Friday: Strength
Saturday: Full Body
Yes, class space is limited, and sign-ups are required. You can view and register for classes through the Myzone app after meeting with a coach to gain access to the schedule.
Yes, participants must be 13 years or older. For 13-year-olds, a one-hour session with a coach ($35) is required, and a parent must attend the class with them. Those 14 and older can attend on their own.
Simply fill out the interest form linked above, and our head coach will contact you to schedule your first free class. You’ll also receive a tour and an introduction to the program.
