Parkinson’s Support Group – Caregivers

The YMCA of Central Virginia is hosting a self-led Parkinson’s Caregiver Support Group to connect caregivers, share experiences, and offer support. Join us on the first Monday of each month from 1:00–2:30 PM in the multipurpose room at the YMCA on Old Forest Road.

This group was formed by caregivers who recognized the power of community and wanted more opportunities to support one another. Whether you’re new to caregiving or have years of experience, you’ll find a welcoming, understanding space here.
