Sports Performance Training

LOCATIONS:

Designed for athletes of all levels, Sports Performance Training focuses on enhancing endurance, speed, agility, and recovery. Led by certified coaches, this program uses sport-specific training to help athletes improve their performance while reducing the risk of injury. Fitness coaches guide targeted drills to reinforce those sport-specific skills and maximize training effectiveness.

InBody Assessment

With the InBody Assessment, you’ll receive a detailed analysis of your body composition, including muscle mass, body fat percentage, and hydration levels. This quick, non-invasive test is a great tool to track your progress and fine-tune your fitness and nutrition plans.

Wellness Orientation

The Wellness Orientation program helps you get started on the right foot. Working with a YMCA Wellness Coach, you’ll set personalized fitness goals, learn to use the strength and cardio equipment, and create a custom workout plan that fits your needs.

Nutrition Coaching

LOCATIONS:

Nutrition Coaching offers personalized support to help you make healthier food choices. With a dedicated nutrition coach by your side, you’ll receive one-on-one guidance to identify the right balance of macronutrients and portion sizes for your lifestyle. Your certified coach will craft a fully customized nutrition plan designed to boost energy, improve overall well-being, and support your fitness goals. Whether you’re training for a race, building muscle, or simply aiming to feel your best, your nutrition coach will equip you with practical strategies to make healthy choices every day, ensuring you’re fueling your body the right way.

COACHING & PERSONAL TRAINING Frequently Asked Questions

Personal training offers customized one-on-one sessions with a certified trainer. Your gym trainer will design a workout plan based on your goals, help you with form and technique, and keep you motivated throughout your fitness journey.

You can sign up for the Wellness Orientation & YFit at our Welcome Center. A YMCA Wellness Coach will reach out to schedule a session where they’ll help you set fitness goals, learn to use equipment, and develop a personalized workout plan.

The Sports Performance Training program includes sport-specific conditioning focused on power, speed, agility, balance, and recovery. Athletes benefit from functional movement assessments, strength training, mobility work, and injury prevention exercises. The program also includes vertical, sprint, and agility testing, along with InBody assessments and nutrition education.

The program costs:

  • 1 month, 2x/week: $120
  • 1 month, 3x/week: $180
  • Half month, 1x/week: $60

A YMCA membership is required, with youth membership at $30/month for ages 13-17 and $38/month for ages 18-25.
