Our senior wellness programs provide numerous benefits, including improved physical health, enhanced mental and emotional wellbeing, and increased social engagement. Participants can get help managing chronic conditions and maximize their quality of life.

Rock Steady Boxing

Step into strength and hope. Rock Steady Boxing is a non-contact, boxing-inspired fitness program designed especially for individuals living with Parkinson’s disease. Inside the supportive setting at our Old Forest Road YMCA, participants enjoy expert coaching, targeted workouts to improve strength, speed, balance and flexibility, and the chance to build daily function with a community who’s in the corner with you. New participants can join anytime. This program is about fighting back and thriving!
