Fight Back Against Parkinson’s!

Join us for a special night of live music and community as we raise awareness and support for one of our community programs – Rock Steady Boxing for Parkinson’s Disease. This inspiring event features musicians Terry and Brandy Whittenburg from Sparta, SC, joined by Butch Godwin – performing a variety of songs, including music by legendary artists who have battled Parkinson’s such as Neil Diamond and Johnny Cash.

Rock Steady Boxing at the YMCA of Central Virginia empowers over 46 participants each year, helping individuals improve strength, balance, and quality of life in the fight against Parkinson’s.

All proceeds directly benefit Rock Steady Boxing, ensuring that this life-changing program remains accessible to those who need it most.
