Aging Well Adults Group Exercise

From gentle yoga and chair yoga for seniors to energizing vinyasa and grounding kaiut yoga, these practices help improve flexibility, strength, and calm at every stage of life. Rock Steady Boxing
Step into strength and hope. Rock Steady Boxing is a non-contact, boxing-inspired fitness program designed especially for individuals living with Parkinson’s disease. Inside the supportive setting at our Old Forest Road YMCA, participants enjoy expert coaching, targeted workouts to improve strength, speed, balance and flexibility, and the chance to build daily function with a community who’s in the corner with you. New participants can join anytime. This program is about fighting back and thriving!
