LIVESTRONG at the YMCA
LIVESTRONG at the YMCA is a no cost, 12-week program designed to help cancer survivors regain strength, confidence, and overall well-being. Through specialized exercise, support, and community connection, participants improve endurance, flexibility, and quality of life in a safe, supportive environment. Led by certified instructors, this program focuses on rebuilding both physical and emotional health after a cancer diagnosis.
Each cancer survivor will receive a YMCA membership at no cost during the program. Survivors experience all aspects of the Y – pickleball, group fitness classes, group support, and those who graduate can join our volunteer led alumni group “Living Stronger”
