Learn moves from Karate, Taekwondo, Boxing, Muay Thai, Capoeira and Kung Fu. Release stress, have a blast, and feel like a champ.

Wear comfortable, breathable workout clothes and supportive shoes. Bring a water bottle to stay hydrated and a towel if needed. For Cycle classes, we recommend bringing a sweat towel as well.

Most cardio classes last between 45 minutes to an hour, providing a full workout that helps improve cardiovascular fitness, burn calories, and build strength.

Yes, we offer virtual options for some classes, like cycle and Les Mills classes at the Downtown YMCA. These virtual classes are available to YMCA members and can be found listed on our schedule or you can visit the Welcome Center of the Downtown YMCA for a team member to start a virtual class for you. Please note, virtual classes cannot begin if in-person classes are in session.
