There are a wide variety of programs and exercise classes, and the free weights area is great, although sometimes it can get a little cramped at peak hours. Really nice local YMCA with lots of amenities, classes, and reduced membership programs that are very easy to take advantage of. People will complain that the equipment is old - but just because it isn't shiny doesn't mean it's broken (: love how quaint it is. Employees are all very kind.
