Personal training offers customized one-on-one sessions with a certified trainer. Your gym trainer will design a workout plan based on your goals, help you with form and technique, and keep you motivated throughout your fitness journey.
You can sign up for the Wellness Orientation & YFit at our Welcome Center. A YMCA Wellness Coach will reach out to schedule a session where they’ll help you set fitness goals, learn to use equipment, and develop a personalized workout plan.
The Sports Performance Training program includes sport-specific conditioning focused on power, speed, agility, balance, and recovery. Athletes benefit from functional movement assessments, strength training, mobility work, and injury prevention exercises. The program also includes vertical, sprint, and agility testing, along with InBody assessments and nutrition education.
The program costs:
- 1 month, 2x/week: $120
- 1 month, 3x/week: $180
- Half month, 1x/week: $60
A YMCA membership is required, with youth membership at $30/month for ages 13-17 and $38/month for ages 18-25.
