Fall & Spring Soccer
The YMCA fall and spring soccer programs are progressive programs with age-specific levels.
Every child gets to play in a safe, exciting and fun atmosphere. We encourage fair play, positive competition, and family involvement.
Parents are encouraged to volunteer as coaches and helpers.
Youth Basketball
YMCA basketball is designed to teach the basic skills of basketball to newcomers and refine skills for return players.
Focus will be on ball control, shooting techniques, offensive and defensive tactics, rules and regulations of the game, team work, sportsmanship and fair play for all.
Parents are encouraged to volunteer as coaches and helpers.
Flag Football
The YMCA's Flag Football program offers several different leagues for boys and girls preschool ages 7 - 13yrs old.
Basic skills of the game are developed through practices and games and every child learns sportsmanship and values necessary to be successful in life.
T-Ball
Youth T-Ball at the Y is an opportunity to learn the basics of baseball in an introductory sport. Participants will practice catching, throwing and hitting the ball off a tee in a fun team environment. The focus of our Youth T-Ball leagues is to have fun, meet new friends and play in a non-competitive environment.
Martial Arts
We offer programs for kids ages 5 -12, teens, and adults who want to learn a proven self defense system, gain newfound confidence, and get in the absolute best shape of their life!

LY Swim Team
Join the team! Swim team participants improve individual skills while swimming competitively both at the local and national levels.
Coaches will focus on proper technique while you improve your endurance, learn teamwork and make friends.
